Can I change my order once I've submitted it?
We'll be happy to make any changes to your made-to-measure order, provided we've not started making your curtains. Unfortunately we cannot change your order once manufacturing has begun. For ready-made curtains, we can make changes to your order up until the time it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once this has happened, you will need to return the item - see below. If you do want to change your order call us straight away on 0845 604 9613 or email us at enquiries@web-curtains.com.
What if my curtains don't fit/What if I don’t like them?
Ready-made curtains - please contact our customer services team on 0845 604 9613 so they can send you an official returns form, and the address for you to send the curtains back to our manufacturer. The cost of the curtain will be refunded once the curtain has been received by our manufacturer.
Important: You cannot return pencil pleat curtains once the pleats have been gathered.
Made-to-measure curtains - First of all, if you've ordered more than one pair of curtains in the same fabric, double check that you're fitting the right curtains at the right window. Even though two pairs of curtains may seem the same size, each one will be made to your exact requirements and so may differ slightly. If your made-to-measure curtains still do not fit, call us on 0845 604 9613 or email us at enquiries@web-curtains.com to discuss what we can do to help.
My curtains have arrived damaged or faulty - what should I do?
If your curtains are damaged or faulty when they arrive, contact us straight away on 0845 604 9613 or email us at enquiries@web-curtains.com. We'll ask you to complete a returns form and arrange for our courier to collect them as soon as possible, and we'll provide replacements.
What do I do if my curtains become faulty?
Contact us at enquiries@web-curtains.com or call us on 0845 604 9613 and explain your problem. We might be able to solve it over the phone. If not, your curtains will be covered under our 12 months workmanship guarantee, so we'll collect and repair free of charge. Unfortunately this guarantee does not cover against fading when products are placed in very bright sunshine.
